PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress to switch circuit components and to improve immunity by controlling a rush current. SOLUTION: An N-channel FET connected in series to a plus side line of a DC power source can also be available as a rush current limiter not only by utilizing its drain/source as a switching element but also by applying voltage to the gate of the FET with desired inclination to realize operation like class-A amplification.
