摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method having improved determination accuracy of the residual rice bran quantity on cleaned rice. SOLUTION: This rice bran quantity determination method for the cleaned rice has a heating discoloring process for discoloring rice bran on the cleaned rice surface by heating, an imaging process for imaging the cleaned rice acquired in the heating discoloring process, and a determination process for specifying a discolored part on the cleaned rice surface and determining residual rice bran quantity based on image data acquired in the imaging process. Heating of the cleaned rice in the heating discoloring process is performed at 150°C-200°C for 5-20 minutes. After discoloring residual rice bran on the cleaned rice by heating, the residual rice bran quantity is determined by rote based on the image data acquired by imaging the discolored part.
