PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent shifting of an inner fin in assembling and to prevent a refrigerant flow from being worsened. SOLUTION: Both ends in the longitudinal direction of a recessed part (a refrigerant passage) 127 of a tube sheet 121 are merged into a cylindrical tank part 28 with a fixed width kept as it is. An engagement part 12a is formed on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the inner fin 123. In manufacturing a tube, the engagement parts 123a are abutted on the peripheral surface of a positioning pin 101 on an assembling sill 100 in which the cylindrical tank part 28 is inserted, thereby positioning the inner fin 123, and in such a state, the other tube sheet 122 is superposed and joined thereto.
