PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device with which grip strength is measured by gripping a grip, the memory of grip strength feeling is enhanced by comparing the measurement value with grip strength feeling, the difference between the measurement value and the grip strength feeling is made smaller, and a person requiring grip strength recovery training can train him-/her-self while viewing and confirming the measurement value. SOLUTION: A grip strength meter is fabricated by integrating a grip having a pressure sensor with a display meter to display a value detected by the sensor, and made lightweight, compact, and portable. Training can be repeated regardless of time and place. The memory of grip feeling can be enhanced so as to approach a measurement value.
