PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus which is connected to two or more antennas for receiving to receive radio signals and facilitates an efficiency test of the two or more antennas for receiving. SOLUTION: The receiving apparatus includes an antenna selector unit 4 which accommodates a receiving antenna selector section 4a and a sequential antenna selector section 4b and selects one of plurally connected antennas for receiving 2a-2h, an RF receiving unit 5 to apply a demodulation processing or the like on the radio signal which is received through the antenna for receiving 2 and selected by the antenna selector unit 4, and a signal processing unit 6 which applies a prescribed processing on the signal on which the demodulation processing or the like is applied. The receiving antenna selector section 4a is driven when the radio signal transmitted from an introduction apparatus in a body of a subject is received, and the sequential antenna selector section 4b, not the receiving antenna selector section 4a, to sequentially select the antenna regardless of an intensity of the received signal is driven when the efficiency test of the receiving antennas 2a-2h is performed.
