PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture vessel for culturing adhesion-dependent cells automatically without relying on hand work despite of easy simple structure, and provide a cell culture apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: This cell culture apparatus is equipped with a disk (2000) that is driven with a motor to rotate around the rotation axis, one or more of the primary culture vessels (2100a to d) that are fixed to the disk and are formed on the prescribed radial position to the rotation axis, a plurality of secondary culture vessels (2200a to d, 2201a to d, 2202a to d, 2203a to d) that are formed more outer than the primary culture vessels (2100a to d) and a plurality of flow channels that start from the primary culture vessel, branch at the branching points (2180a to d) on the outer sides in the radial direction and connect to at least two or more of the secondary culture vessels.
