The positioning table giving translatory movements in three orthogonal directions against each other, has a platform (10) and linear drives (23) with a rod linkage (30) to the platform. The drive is a component part of a compact and monolithic base body (40), with its extending directions all in one or two planes, transferred to the platform by the rod linkage into translatory movements. The base body is a plate with recesses (41) as fixed mounting points for the drives with piezo actuators or moving coils. The base body can also be in a sandwich structure. |
