A printing cylinder structure of a web press capable of preventing troubles with printing from occurring by suppressing the occurrence of vibration and the extraction of a tension by gap and facilitating the troublesome mounting and dismounting of blankets. The two sheets of blankets (7) are formed to be wound around a blanket cylinder (2) parallel with each other in the axial direction, and gaps (2a) and (2b) for locking the winding end parts of the blankets (7) are formed in the outer periphery of the blanket cylinder (2). These gaps (2a) and (2b) are formed at phases displaced by 180˚relative to each other in the circumferential direction of the blanket cylinder (2). Raised parts (2c) and (2d) are formed on the outer periphery of the blanket cylinder (2) on the extensions of the gaps (2a) and (2b) along the axial direction of the blanket cylinder (2). Since a plate cylinder (1) is rotated over the raised parts (2c) and (2d) in printing, the plate cylinder (1) can be prevented from falling into the gaps (2a) and (2b).
