<p>The invention relates to a method for transmitting message-calls to a group of cellular phones formed by a collection of cellular phones located in a predetermined area, wherein the telephone numbers of this group of cellular phones are stored in a database, and the group of cellular phones is divided into a collection of sub-groups that together form the group of cellular phones, and wherein the message calls are transmitted per sub-group, and the subgroups of the group of cellular phones are determined by dividing the collection of cellular phones into sub-collections, whereby each sub-collection is formed by the cellular phones that are present in a sub-area which is closed in itself and which is part of the predetermined area within which the collection of cellular phones is located, wherein the group of cellular phones whose telephone numbers are stored in the database is determined by the individual registration of these cellular phones.</p> |
