<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking tool for use in baking ceramic products, prevented from reacting with the ceramic products during baking. <P>SOLUTION: This baking tool includes: a base material; and a sprayed coating provided on the base material. The sprayed coating is formed of zirconia containing erbia or zirconia containing gadolinia.
