<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum source of luminescence, superior in a light resistance, using charge-transfer complex molecules. <P>SOLUTION: A solution, formed by uniformly distributing electron donor molecules and electron acceptor molecule in a resin solution, in which a polymer matrix is scheduled to be formed is spread out in a thin film state, and the thin film is solidified. A method is provided for solidifying the charge-transfer complex molecule, formed by the electron-donor molecule and the electron-acceptor molecule in a polymer matrix in a separated single molecule state, and the point light source manufactured by the method having light resistance, having a high degrees of freedom for state control, and further, having a promising application as a single photon generating light source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
