<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediating system capable of reducing the shift adjusting work of an employing company in the selection of a job seeker. <P>SOLUTION: A server connecting job seeker terminals to employing company terminals via a network is provided with a storage means storing information about job seekers and employing companies, a first receipt means receiving job seeker information including the number of workable days of the job seeker, a second receipt means receiving a work condition including the number of working days and workers, an extraction means extracting job seekers matching the received work condition, a specification means specifying a combination of job seekers feasibly satisfying a working shift constructed of the number of working days and workers included in the work condition from the extracted job seekers according to workable days of the extracted job seekers, and a transmission means transmitting the extraction result to the employing company for displaying the job seekers extracted based on the specified combination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
