<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation gyro capable of restraining effectively a circuit board from resonating by leakage to the circuit board of vibration in an oscillator, or capable of restraining effectively vibration from an outside from being transmitted easily to the oscillator via the circuit board, and capable of obtaining high detection sensitivity to Colioris force. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillation gyro is provided with the oscillator 2, circuit components 3, 4, 5 for detecting driving of the oscillator 2, and the circuit board 12 for mounting the oscillator 2 and the circuit components 3, 4, 5. A recessed part 25 is formed in a reverse face of an opposite side of a surface mounted with the oscillator 2, in the circuit board 12, an integrated circuit component 5 for constituting one portion of the circuit board components is arranged in the recessed part 25, and the recessed part 25 is sealed together with the integrated circuit component 5 by a synthetic resin 26 having rigidity higher than that of the circuit board 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
