<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solvent type antistatic printing ink for a plastic film and a print using the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ink is prepared by adding an antistatic agent of a mixed composition consisting of an aliphatic acid dimethyl ammonium ethosulfate and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether to a vehicle binder of an organic solvent solution of an ester form polyurethane resin composed of a mixed composition of high Tg and low Tg.
