<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device with reliability, free from apprehension of electric shock at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating device comprises a heating coil made of aluminum or copper or a material with low magnetic permeability having electric conductivity almost same with or higher than them, capable of induction-heating an object to be heated; an electric conductor arranged between the heating coil and the object to be heated, having a buoyant force reducing function reducing the buoyant force acting on the subject to be heated, generated by the magnetic field generated at the heating coil by enlarging equivalent series resistance of the heating coil when the object to be heated is arranged in opposition to the heating coil, and a static electricity shielding function electrically connected to a low potential part, reducing the capacitive coupling of the heating coil and the object to be heated; and a control circuit electrically connected to the electric conductor driving the heating coil by making an induction current flow through the heating coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
