PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to specify an outflow source in case of outflow of personal information or the like. SOLUTION: This system comprises a retrieval request acquisition part 131 acquiring a retrieval request of a database with identification information of a retrieval requester; a retrieval processing part 132 retrieving the database based on the retrieval request and including dummy data in the retrieval result; a retrieval result output part 133 outputting the retrieval result including the dummy data to the retrieval requester; a use history creation part 134 for creating information showing the corresponding relationship of the identification information of the retrieval requester with the dummy data included in the retrieval result; and a control part 130 controlling the retrieval request acquisition part 131 to the use history creation part 134.
