METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CURTAIN RAIL OF RAILWAY ROLLING STOCK BODY STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method for manufacturing a curtain rail for instructing equipment provided in a railway rolling stock body structure. SOLUTION: This body structure 1 is constituted by joining a plurality of hollow shape members 110 and 120 to joint parts 114 and 214. Curtain rail forming parts 115 and 125 have closed sections and are formed integrally with the shape members 110 and 120. Slits between the curtain rails are formed in the curtain rail forming parts 115 and 125 by a machining tool 200 to manufacture the curtain rails. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
