PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device capable of determining the deterioration degree of a refrigerating machine oil with a simple constitution, and keeping long-period reliability. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an oil deterioration determination device 31 disposed between a four-way selector valve 2 and a gas shut-off valve 24. Since a gas coolant including much refrigerating machine oil is discharged from a compressor 1 at the heating operation time, the deterioration degree of the oil can be determined easily.
