PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reverse flow from a drain opening by smoothly discharging waste water. SOLUTION: The drain structure for the ice maker comprises a drain port 42 provided on a drain pan 40 receiving residual ice making water discharged from an ice making mechanism, and the drain opening 52 positioned below the ice making mechanism and provided on a bottom of an ice storage part 18 storing chunks of ice delivered from the ice making mechanism. Waste water from the drain pan 40 flows into the drain opening 52 via a drain pipe 46, and it is discharged to the outside from a drain pipe 56 connected to the drain opening 52. An air vent pipe 60 with both ends opened is arranged in the drain port 42. In the air vent pipe 60, a lower end is inserted in the drain port 42, a lower part opening 60a is positioned in an interior of the drain pipe 46, and an upper part opening 60b is positioned higher than a highest water level HWL of waste water accumulated in the drain pan 40, and it is composed such that it can release air in a drain passage to the outside during draining of the waste water.
