PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency and assembly workability when providing a heater for freezing prevention at a drainage port. SOLUTION: A pair of support ribs 70 stand on a bottom wall 45A of the drainage port 45. At a position behind an inlet 49 of the drainage port 45, a supporting wall 75 with a receiving part 76 extending stands in front of a back wall 40 of a drain pan 30. A front connection part 65 of a belt heater 60 is fit between both the supporting ribs 70 and received by a stepped part 72 and a rear connection part 66 is fit at a back side of the supporting wall 75 and received by a receiving part 76. A heat generation part 64 of the belt heater 60 is provided at a position behind inside the drainage port 45 along the back wall 40 between both the connection parts 65, 66. The heat generation part 64 is supported but not fixed to a bottom wall 45A of the drainage port 45 and a bottom face of the deepest part of a drain pan 30.
