PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water heating device capable of preventing supply of high-temperature hot water to a radiator not desired by a user for heating operation when venting air. SOLUTION: This hot water heating device is provided with a hot water circulation route for circularly supplying hot water generated by a heat source to a plurality of radiators through a plurality of hot water control valves 19A-19C by driving a circulation pump 4, a hot water temperature detecting means 2 for detecting temperature of hot water in the hot water circulation route, a timer means 35 for counting the predetermined time, and an air-venting operation control means 36 for opening the hot water control valves while driving the circulation pump to carry out the operation of air-venting inside the hot water circulation route when the hot water temperature detected by the hot water temperature detecting means is the predetermined temperature, which is lower than usual temperature when opetating for heating, or lower after the time counted by the timer means reaches the predetermined time.
