PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling work of both clamping plates 3 and 4. SOLUTION: The both clamping plates 3 and 4 are mutually stacked in a state before assembling and the rear end edge 43 of the clamping plate 4 is placed on a mark 42 of the clamping plate 3. After that, when the both clamping plates 3 and 4 are relatively moved into an assembled state, a projection 32 of the clamping plate 4 gets over a top part 16 of an elastic body 13 against the elasticity to be locked with the elastic body 13. In the assembled state, a clearance G is formed between a stopper surface of a crest part 37 of the clamping plate 4 and a stopper surface of the clamping plate 3 and the clearance G can be adjusted by planing the end face of the crest part 37 of the clamping plate 4. In the assembled state, the both clamping plates 3 and 4 are turnably supported by a support hole 9 and a support 10, both back edges 3a and 4a are pushed wide by the elasticity of the elastic body 13 to turn both of the clamping plates 3 and 4, and the sides of both belly edges 3b and 4b are mutually narrowed to clamp a blade body with the turning.
