PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the locking device of a game machine which makes the door light and improves opening and closing operatability. SOLUTION: A hook member unit 1 is secured to an inner door 41, and a cylinder lock unit 30 with a cylinder lock 36 is secured to a front door 42. Hook members 5, 6 for locking the inner door tiltably pivoted by an upper portion and a lower portion of a base frame body of the hook member unit 1 and the upper and lower hook members 5, 6 are coupled with a coupling rod 7 arranged slidably along the base frame body. A locking rod 10 for the front door provided with hooks 11 to 13 for locking the front door are slidably arranged in the base frame body of the hook member unit 1. The cylinder lock 36 is secured to the securing board of the base frame of the cylinder lock unit 30 with the lock shaft of the same inserted inside and an engaging member 37 is fixed to the locking shaft. A first engaging boss 38 and a second boss 39 engageable with the engaging portions of the coupling rod when the front door is closed relative to the inner door is protrudedly arranged in the engaging member 37.
