PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement device freely designed in its thickness from an extremely thin one to a thick one according to applications based on its structure, facilitating the attachment/detachment operation, being friendly to the skin and giving a user no discomfort even if applied to a wear directly touching the skin by smoothing its surface. SOLUTION: This engagement device 100 is attached to attachment belt ends of a brassiere and the like and composed of male/female engagement members 101 and 151 mutually engaged and disengaged. This device is composed of a thin-sheet molding material with the whole wall thickness, in being engaged, of within 3.5 mm. The male engagement member 101 is provided with one or more engagement projecting parts 104 orthogonally extending in the connecting direction of the end parts of the attachment belts 10 and 11, in a part of the thin-sheet molding material; and the female engagement member 151 is provided with one or more engagement groove parts 154 extending corresponding to the engagement projection part 104, in the part of the thin plate molding material.
