PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting cup surely removing dust collected in a filter from the filter. SOLUTION: When the pleated filter 51 which collects the dust passing through a dust collecting cup body 35 is removed from the dust collecting cup body 35, the dust collected by the filter 51 is scraped by a projecting part 55 fitted in the upstream side of the filter 51 with the filter 51 attached to the dust collecting cup body 35, to be surely removed from the filter 51.
