<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a developer preventing the sticking of the toner to an electrostatic latent image carrier and the ununiform scraping of the carrier and giving a high grade image over a long period of time even when the developer is used in a high-speed device. SOLUTION: In this developer contg. at least a toner, inorg. fine powder, fine resin particles and a metal oxide, the inorg. fine powder is charged to the same polarity as the toner and has 70-300m<2> /g specific surface area, the fine resin particles are charged to the same polarity as the toner and has 5.0-20.0m<2> /g specific surface area and 10<7> -10<14>Ωcm volume resistivity and the metal oxide is charged to polarity reverse to that of the toner and has 0.5-10.0m<2> /g specific surface area.</p> |
