<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate the address of a switch to plural operation sections without the use of a separate device. SOLUTION: A setting operation terminal that connects with a signal line is provided to the remote supervisory control system. The setting operation terminal is provided with a display device that displays characters and graphics, and a transparent touch panel overlapped onto a screen of the display device. The setting operation terminal selects an operation mode, where a load is controlled in response to the operation of the operation section set to the touch panel relating to displayed contents of the display device or a setting mode, where an address is set to the operation section.
