A method of preparing a cosmetic treatment composition for keratinic matter comprising a step of percolation of a fluid under a pressure of at least 3 bars through one or more of an aminoacid, oligopeptide, peptide, optionally hydrolyzed, optionally modified protein in a solid or paste form. Independent claims are included for (1) a composition prepared in the claimed manner; (2) a method of treatment keratinic matter by applying the composition; (3) a storage device for a cosmetic composition comprising a closed housing defined by at least one wall at least partially permeable to a fluid under a pressure of at least 3 bars and containing the aminoacids, oligopeptide, peptide or protein in solid or paste form.
