The cover has a pair of parallel wires (8), each engaged to slide in cable pipes (61) integrated to ends of rigid bars (2) and cable pipes (7) integrated on longitudinal sides (10, 11) of a tarpaulin (1). The parallel wires are engaged in areas located between the two adjacent bars (2), so that each wire alternatively crosses the pipe (61) and the pipe (7).
