The valve has a relief valve (8) arranged along an axis of a piston (5), and a delay chamber (7) communicating with a feed channel through a calibrated orifice (13) having a self-cleaning device (14).The orifice and device are arranged on a head (9) having the valve (8). The head is connected to a push button and has a lip seal (15) prohibiting penetration of water into the chamber except into the orifice.
