<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of explosions, when an internal arc short- circuit accident occurs by maintaining a high degree of vacuum in a vacuum grounding container for a long period of time, even though the amount of movement of a movable electrode is large when moving inside the vacuum grounding container, thereby realizing compactness of a product and reducing the production cost. SOLUTION: Provided within a single vacuum grounding container are a fixed electrode 3 for a main circuit and a fixed electrode 5 for grounding circuit, a movable conductor 7 for moving in a circular arc pattern between these fixed electrodes 3 and 5, movable electrodes 8, 9 for the main circuit and grounding circuit to be provided for the movable conductor 7, and a supporting lever 22 for supporting the movable conductor 7 for single phase and double phase, and an operation lever 26 is coupled for interlocking to a drive device 24 penetrating through the vacuum grounding vessel 1 from the inside to the outside, thereby permitting the movement of the movable conductor 7 in a circular arc pattern.</p> |
