<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by shortening gas storing time in a bulk gas lorry vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This bulk gas delivering system comprises a customer information managing system for receiving tank liquid level information of a customer site as order information and processing it as time series data of demand forecast. The bulk gas delivering system also comprises a movement management deliver managing system for calculating a present chargeable amount and a charging amount into the customer site based on liquid level information from an on-vehicle terminal of the bulk gas lorry vehicle and gas name code and density calculating table previously inputted into a database. The bulk gas delivering system also comprises a delivery planning system for planning a delivery plan by the bulk gas lorry vehicle based on positional information of the bulk gas lorry vehicle, the present chargeable amount from the movement management system, and the time series data of demand forecast. The delivery planning system can extract as a calculation element an evaporation amount of the bulk gas depending on a transportation distance from a present position of the bulk gas lorry vehicle to the customer site and can plan an allocation plan of the bulk gas lorry vehicle.
