The proposed piezoelectric motor contains a piezoelectric element with electrodes for exciting axial vibrations. The piezoelectric element acts on the rotor of the motor through friction between the contact surfaces of the piezoelectric element and the rotor. The electrodes are connected to the alternating voltage source. The dimensions of the piezoelectric element and the electrodes are specified so as to excite the first harmonic component of the axial vibrations along the first axis of the element and the even harmonic component of the axial vibrations along the axis that is perpendicular to the first axis.
