METHOD OF GEOPHYSICAL INVESTIGATIONS OF COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT BY SEISMIC EXPLORATION

The proposed method of geophysical investigations by seismic exploration consists in exciting seismic vibrations in a near point and a number of remote points relative to the monitored well according to the polarization method of vertical seismic profiling, recording the parameters of the seismic vibrations by equipment installed in the well, determining the velocities and incidence angles of the seismic waves arriving from each source of seismic vibrations, determining the indicators of the anisotropy of the geologic profile along the well, plotting the corresponding charts and characteristics, and processing the obtained data using the simulation results. The reliability of the investigation data shall be confirmed by the data obtained when drilling long wells. The present invention allows the accuracy and reliability of geophysical investigations to be increased.
