The device has a toothed pinion (3) inserted between a chassis (1) and a bogie (2), where the chassis and bogie have toothed form to constitute wheels of a gear train guided in rotation on a ball and socket joint (4). The bogie is oriented with respect to the chassis in a curve of a track, and a wagon is moved towards outside the curve based on kinematics of the gear train to compensate movement of the wagon towards inside the curve.
