The fin has holes (3) for passing tubes. Each hole is lined by a flange (5) for mounting the tubes. A heat exchange increasing unit (7) increases heat exchange between air and the fin. The unit (7) is constituted by deviation structures (10, 11) placed upstream and downstream of the holes in the air flow direction for forcing air to pass on both sides of the holes, so that the tubes pass through the holes. An independent claim is also included for a heat exchanger including a series of metallic fin.
