The device has control stages (321,322) with bonding pads for connection of respective inductive loads. A validation circuit has Zener diodes (181, 182) to generate a validation signal when voltage applied to the pads, reaches a validation level. A common reset circuit (2) has a Zener diode (21) to limit the voltage at a common level greater than the validation level and to apply a reset signal to gate of a MOS transistor of one stage. An independent claim is also included a system comprising a control device of inductive loads.
