The system has a ratchet wheel (22) that is rotated without reversal. A crown gear (10) increments the movement of the ratchet wheel, under the combined action of the placing of a cover on a case or of removal of the cover from the case and the movement of the bolt towards bolted position or from bolted position to unbolted position. The cover is disengaged from the case in the unbolted position. An independent claim is also included for a case comprising a system for detecting the fraudulent opening of a cover.
