<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit and its power supply feed control method capable of reducing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply circuit comprises a coil having one end to which supply voltage is applied, a first switching device connected between the other end of the coil and the earth, a second switching device for rectifying current supplied to a load according to voltage generated in a connection point of the coil and the first switching device and for supplying the current to the load, and a driver circuit for switching at least the first switching device. The power supply circuit comprises also a third switching device connected to the load in series, and a power supply feeding shut down circuit for turning off the third switching device to shut down current supply to the load, while turning off the first switching device according to an external signal to shut down set-up power supply to the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
