<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hollow resin microparticles of low refractive index, excellent in alkali resistance and dispersibility in binder, and suitably usable in antireflective films, to provide a method for producing the hollow resin microparticles, to provide a coating agent for antireflective films containing the hollow resin microparticles, and to provide such an antireflective film. <P>SOLUTION: The hollow resin microparticles comprises a fluorine atom-containing resin, having a mean size of 10-200 nm, a porosity of ≥10% and a refractive index of ≤1.30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
