PULSE DURATION MODULATION SOLENOID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the new and improved pulse duration modulation electromagnet system having a low noise characteristic.

SOLUTION: Noise reduction is mainly achieved by using a rubber made isolation device and many sets of O-ring and then preventing the metal-to-metal contact and separating a solenoid device from an isolation device and a manifold housing. The additional noise reduction is achieved by wrapping all the solenoids in a capsule by using an isolation device, cover plate and screen carrier. A noise level decreases further by leaking the fluid to the upper part area of a sleeve and then generating the damping effect and making the impact force of the armature against the sleeve to the minimum.
