PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy installation and increase the rolling strength and load capacity of a rod-shaped luminaire erected from a wall face with its base end portion secured to the wall face so as not to be displaceable at least vertically, and its free end portion held by wires suspended from the wall face so as not to be displaceable downward. SOLUTION: Two wires 18, 19 are secured to the luminaire 1 at one point in the free end portion thereof with a hook 7, and are secured to the wall face 11 at two points higher than a position of an attachment plate 12 where the base end portion is secured to the wall face 11, the two points being separated from each other in the horizontal direction with reference to the position of the attachment plate 12, to allow the wires to extend in directions different from each other. That is, as projected on a floor, the wires 17, 18 constitute two sides of a triangle while the wall face 11 constitutes the remaining one side thereof. It is thus possible to easily install the rod-shaped luminaire 1 erected from the wall face 11 by one-point securing of the luminaire 1, and its rolling strength and load capacity can be increased to respond to an increase in size of the luminaire 1.
