PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide interphase insulating paper exhibiting sufficient strength without requiring paper shift, paper tear or boring with respect to the press-molding of coil end. SOLUTION: Noses parts 603 and 604 are composed of the same materials as those of planar parts 601 and 602 and composed of PET resin thicker than the planar parts 601 and 602. In other words, the noses 603 and 604 have rigidities higher than those of the planar parts 601 and 602. The noses 603 and 604 are pasted in correspondence with the cut part of the planar parts 601 and 602 by means of a hot press sheet or an adhesive tape. Legs 605 and 606 are composed of PET resin thinner than the planar parts 601 and 602 and the opposite ends of the leg parts 605 and 606 are pasted to the planar parts 601 and 602 at the opposite ends thereof.
