PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective housing intercom system in which an administrative room master unit and an external device can erase a visitor image and a still picture recorded in a living room master unit. SOLUTION: The collective housing intercom system is provided with: a collective entrance unit 1 installed at a collective entrance of a collective housing; a plurality of living room mater units 2a, 2b, ... each installed in their respective house; a administrative room master unit 3 installed in a administrative room; and a control unit 4 for controlling each of the collective entrance unit, the living room master units and the administrative room master unit. The control unit 4 is provided with a communication circuit 44 for communication with the external device 7 by using a communication protocol such as the RS232C to manage equipment of the collective housing such as elevators, air-conditioners, lightings, and automatic doors, and each of the living room master units is provided with a storage section 29 storing images video-recorded by each living room master unit which can be erased through the operation of the administrative room master unit or the external device.
