PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise removing circuit improving noise removing accuracy. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with: hold circuits 7, 8 for inputting an input signal Sin in which a pulse noise is mixed; a noise quantity detector 9 for smoothing noises in the input signal Sin to generate a smoothed signal Sdc; a hold period adjuster 11 for controlling the hold circuit 7 in a hold period (TA+τa) obtained by adding a pulse noise generating period TA of a pulse noise mixed in the input signal Sin, and having an amplitude larger than that of the smoothed signal Sdc to an adjusting periodτa, thereby causing the hold circuit 7 to output a signal Sv from which the pulse noise is removed; a noise extractor 15 for extracting a difference signal Snz between the signal Sv and an input signal Sin; and a hold period adjuster 17 for controlling the hold circuit 13 in a hold period (TB+τb) obtained by adding a pulse noise generating period TB of the difference signal Snz having an amplitude larger than a threshold Vth to an adjusting periodτb, thereby causing the hold circuit 13 to output a signal Sout from which the pulse noise is certainly removed.
