PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring control system which has a large freedom degree of setting regarding the linkage among a plurality of remote monitoring control systems and whose system design is easily made. SOLUTION: When setting data showing an address of a switch of an operation terminal 3 made to correspond to the linkage, is transmitted from a personal computer 13 in order to make switch operation of the operation terminal 3 in the remote monitoring control system belonging to an LIU 5 have linkage relationship with a control terminal 2 in the other remote monitoring control system, the LIU 5 makes a setting data storage part in the LIU 5 store the setting data. When receiving switch operation data of an operation terminal having the address shown by the setting data stored during a normal operation mode from a transmission unit 4 by a transmission signal, the LIU 5 transmits an inter-linkage address operation signal to an NCU 8.
