PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of information leak on a network and the problem of information leak after reception. SOLUTION: When data are encrypted and transmitted to one or a plurality of reception destinations via the Internet from a transmission origin, an encryption key is set by the transmission origin and the reception destination following a specific procedure (including an opponent specifying procedure by a public key), and shared with each other. The encrypted encryption key and received data encrypted by the encryption key are related to each other and stored.
