PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with an alarm function with excellent reliability whereby a user can surely and quickly raise an alarm tone as required. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: a display means located on a display section 7 of the apparatus main body and provided with a display screen 12a for displaying information; and an alarm means 32 located inside the apparatus main body and provided with an alarming speaker 27 for sounding an alarm tone, and at least an external exposure part 17 of the display screen 12a is formed in a pushable state toward the inside of the apparatus main body 2 and the alarming speaker 27 is also formed to raise the alarm tone by pushing the external exposure part 17.
