PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform and high gloss without oil replenishment by a user and to reproduce a wider color gamut than that by offset printing as well as to attain easy writing with a writing material using an aqueous ink. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic print has a toner fixed image, wherein a wax layer is present in an outermost surface of the toner fixed image, a colorant-containing resin layer is present between the wax layer and a transfer material, and the toner fixed image is formed with a toner satisfying the following conditions (a) and (b); (a) an occupancy ratio of a wax in a solid image surface is 89.0-99.5%, (b) a surface roughness Rz of a wax layer in a cross section is 0.05-0.9μm.
