PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity of a lighting system while ensuring the illumination of an object due to a large number of LEDs. SOLUTION: A large number of LEDs 75 are arranged to the undersurface of a printed circuit board 79 having through-holes 79a formed thereto in an annular form. A guide part 80 having the guide surface 80a corresponding to the annulus formed by the LEDs 75 formed to the inner peripheral surface thereof is provided.
